Use of hashtags to get jobs the best visibility

The use of our system hashtags give jobs the best visibility on internet searches. As seen in the screen shot below, the hashtags are applied to all jobs according to category and location (state, county, town).

All search results are location based - either on computer or phone, someone would only have to search the job category in that location. These are all first page results.

A key point to note: With these search results - clicks on these links - job searchers will not have to have to sift through potentially hundreds of jobs as they would with the big-tech boards (note the number of jobs involved with their results in example above) Each link will show streamlined results for your company in specific location.
