Use of hashtags to get jobs the best visibility

We apply hashtags to give jobs the best visibility on internet searches. As seen in the screen shot below, the hashtags are applied to all jobs according to category and location (state, county, town).

All search results are geolocation based - either on computer or phone, someone would only have to search the job category in that location. These are all first page results.

A key point to realize with these search results is that when someone clicks on one of these links, they won't have to sift through potentially hundreds of jobs as they would with the big-tech boards (note the number of jobs involved with their results). Each link will show streamlined results for your company. Example below:
