E-Commerce Systems Specialist

Pay:$64,000 - $83,000/year(dependent on prior relevant experience)
Bonus: 10% bonus potential

Key Qualifications:

- Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications / Must be adept at working with multiple integrated systems / Strong working knowledge of internet browsers and cloud-based systems
- Must possess ability to present information and respond to questions related to an online sale system
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- High Aptitude for learning new products and evaluating market trends and pricing
Responsibilities
Ecommerce systems administration is overseen
- Manage the Cat Dealer Maintenance Tool (DMT) ensuring configurations are accurate and maintained
- Ensure related DBS functionality is maintained and is synchronized with PCC
- Act as a liaison between PCC help desk, Accenture and I.S. department to help resolve system issues
- Test all enhancement of service packs in DBS and PCC prior to roll out
- Work with appropriate department personnel to ensure credit card gateway, Cyber Source, issues are resolved
Exceptional customer support is achieved
- Facilitate customer registration process
- Ensure Universal Caterpillar Identification (UCID) is accurately setup
- Resolve customer log-on issues
- Coordinate with other department personnel to ensure customer access to adjacent digital platforms such as my.cat.com, SIS 2.0, ET, etc.
- Work with PCC help desk to help resolve any customer issue
Supporting Cat Export Services (CES), Integrated Procurement (IP) and PCC for TEPS dealer administration by assisting General Parts Manager
- Register and maintain all CES customers in DBS, PCC and IP
- Implement new processes and procedures as needed
- Provide backup support for CES and IP administration when required
- Work with the TEPS program manager on PCC related items for TEPS dealers
Global e-commerce standards are met and maintained
- Assist General Parts Manager (GPM) with implementation of new global standards
- Maintain, as needed, existing standards
- Assist GPM with global standard performance data to improve overall e-commerce experience
