Outside Sales Representative (Construction Equipment)
Territory: Central Utah
$2,000 Signing Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering "Silver Service" to our customers and driving business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Focus: Provide outstanding Silver Service to Arnold Machinery customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow and maintain your customer base.
- Client Outreach: Actively reach out to customers to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
- Marketing and Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations, with timely follow-up to secure business.
- Database Management: Build and expand the current customer database, ensuring it is updated regularly (at least monthly).
- Account Management: Maintain an accurate machine ownership list for customers, keeping track of equipment on the call list.
- Financial Counseling: Provide financial guidance and marketing support to customers, helping facilitate sales when needed.
- Invoicing & Payment: Ensure customers are invoiced promptly and that funds are received on time.
- New Business Development: Cold call potential clients to develop new accounts and add them to your database.
- Expense Control: Effectively manage sales-related expenses.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager with various tasks.
- Perform data entry and other office-related duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
The role requires flexibility and the ability to handle various physical tasks, including:
- Sitting for extended periods.
- Answering phones and managing paperwork.
- Walking and occasionally moving through uneven terrain.
- Communicating via phone and in person.
- Bending and reaching to access documents or equipment.
- Climbing in and out of machinery as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (related experience may substitute for educational requirements).
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field is preferred.
