General Implement Distributors seeks a Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to represent the company in our northeastern territory of Eastern North Dakota, Eastern South Dakota, and Minnesota, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Control sales expenses and ensure timely invoicing.
- Provide financial counseling and marketing assistance to customers.
- Develop a marketing plan and update the customer database regularly.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and secure business.
- Achieve maximum aftermarket sales and profit for the company.
- Strategic planning and delivery of equipment.
- Travel for extended periods.
- Delivery of product to dealers with truck and trailer provided.
- Offer Silver Service to customers, ensuring top-notch satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience with or ability to handle pulling trailers loaded equipment.
- Currently have or are able to obtain a DOT medical card. CDL is not required.
- High school diploma (or equivalent), with an agricultural background preferred.
- Must be able to handle physical tasks such as walking on uneven terrain, climbing equipment, and lifting.
- Reside within a reasonable distance from the Jamestown, ND branch.
