Field Service Technician
Southeastern PA & Mid-Southern NJ
- Pay: $53,000 - $70,000 (dependent on prior relevant experience)
- Bonus: 5%

- Trimble: machine control, site positioning, intelligent compaction, paving control, drilling and piling, and office software
- Spectra Precision: laser levels, grade levels, pipe lasers, and laser receivers
- Propeller: 3D drone mapping and data analytics
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with Trimble construction customers in
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all types of Trimble Machine Control Technology
- Performing training and completing service work orders
- Requirements: travel to customers, on-site / some overnight stay when needed
- Opportunity to grow (with identified strengths) – into sales, support, training, etc.
- Represent the company in a positive, professional manner
- Proactively pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage territory, prospect, and cultivate new accounts
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in mechanical field service – troubleshooting electrical software and hardware issues
- Clean and valid driver’s license required (this is a road/field service position)
- Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications
- Must have strong communication and self-management skills
