Job Title: Parts Counter - Material Handling
$2000 Sign-on Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Parts Counter Duties:
- Process phone and walk-in parts orders:
- Assess customer needs
- Investigate and confirm parts requirements
- Enter orders into the system
- Pull parts for customers at the counter
- Place backorders with vendors
- Create accurate and complete purchase orders
Warehouse Duties (as needed):
- Put away stock orders
- Pull parts for the service department
- Perform cycle inventory counts
- Assist the Parts Manager when required
Additional Duties:
- Clean and maintain workstation and warehouse
- Prepare for parts inventory
- Perform cycle counts
- Handle clerical tasks like filing and answering phones
Job Requirements:
- Ability to operate a forklift (or complete forklift certification)
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Keep a clean and organized workstation
- Stay updated on product knowledge (new products, improvements, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with management and team members
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, standing, and moving around on uneven terrain
- Ability to handle and lift parts, up to 60 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend, squat, and extend arms in various directions
- Comfortable working on ladders and moving in/out of equipment
- Must be able to read work tickets, parts manuals, and computer screens
- Ability to communicate via radio, phone, and in-person
Environmental Conditions:
- Work in environments with noise, temperature variations, and occasional exposure to fumes or harsh substances
