Field Service Dispatcher – Construction Equipment
Signing Bonus: $2,000

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field service inquiries and schedule jobs accordingly.
- Prioritize and dispatch technicians based on urgency and customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage job documentation: write up, track, and assist in closing service tickets.
- Verify warranty eligibility and communicate status to customers prior to service.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to align daily schedules, parts availability, and job priorities.
- Monitor job progress and labor hours to meet estimated timelines.
- Ensure proper authorization and documentation are secured before work begins.
- Process technician timecards and maintain accurate service records.
- Communicate parts requirements and assist with service agreement management.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive and ambitious professional with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal need for supervision.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good mathematical skills and solid organizational habits.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.
- Must be comfortable communicating in-person and via phone or radio.
- Ability to work in an office and occasionally in field or shop environments.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in dispatching or service coordination is highly preferred.
- Relevant work experience may substitute for education requirements.
