Job Summary:
This position is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all maintenance work for both Holt and other CAT dealers for all national account contracts. Additionally, this position has the responsibility of ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Successfully monitors and executes National Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Programs
- Opens and closes work orders, orders parts, and issues and receives Purchase Orders, maintains daily labor entries for employees in section to include all associated paperwork
- Effectively communicates and collaborates daily with a team, internal customers, and external customers to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction
- Effectively leverages technology solutions to maximize departmental performance and effectiveness
- Models collaborative problem-solving and personal influencing skills to ensure that service activities in the incumbent’s area of responsibility are aligned with the overall business plan of the service department and company.
- Provides National Accounts Manager with status reports on all open work orders in an accurate, timely manner
- Maintains Scheduling Systems and Programs in a complete and organized manner to assure timely and accurate scheduling of maintenance
- Supports national dealer counterparts with system and policy training as required
- Assists supervisor in departmental functions to enhance and improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong administrative aptitude and understanding of the industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate computer and related software applications skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Uses logic, reasoning, creative and dynamic application of solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
- The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’ Degree in related field preferred
- Two years of job-related experience preferred
