Description

Badger Toyotalift is currently hiring a full-time Parts Office Administrator. This role will assist with the overall function of the Parts Department, with an emphasis on assisting customers, invoicing, and purchasing.

Your New Role:

Work with vendors on all backorders and determine alternatives when possible.
Process invoices with receivers while using the proper GL codes.
Supervise and review all mailing of parts invoices.
Review open orders and back orders.
Assist customers when needed.
Oversee cycle count inventory on a weekly/monthly basis to maintain correct inventory logs.
Manage returns to vendors to ensure proper credit is received in a timely fashion.
Back up office duties as needed.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus.
Positive attitude.
High level of organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

While this position works primarily in an office setting, it may require (but is not limited to) standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting up-to 80 lbs. as needed.
